A note from our Chairman...
Trail Folks - The NEXT meeting is Tues February 14, 7:00 PM, as usual at the Altadena Community Center just west of the Altadena Sheriff's Station. Altadena Crest Trail Restoration Working Group Steering Committee meetings will continue to be held once per month, on the second Tuesday. Those with action items on Current Tasks (see agenda, below) are encouraged to use the same time slot on the 4th Tuesday to make progress on their tasks. Task leaders may arrange task-specific meetings at their discretion Task Leaders who wish to utilize the Altadena Community Center venue for a task-specific meeting on the 4th Tuesday should contact me.

Task-specific reports have replaced standing subcommittee reports on the agenda. The intent is to focus on tasks agreed at the last meeting, and spend less time on "no report" and lower priority items. New tasks may be proposed for consideration via email to me before the meeting, or may be brought up at the meeting. Please note that I may not see trails-related email for as much as two days immediately prior to a meeting because of work duties, so feel free to bring up in person a proposed item at the appropriate time at the next meeting.
